Executive Director:

We are seeking an innovative, visionary leader to serve as our Executive Director to take the organization into the next phase of our growth. The Executive Director will be accountable to and partner with our Board of Directors, overseeing all operations, financial transactions, fund management, and strategic planning. A talented connector and collaborator will be energized by this opportunity to grow our Foundation to serve the needs in our region.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  •  Degree in Business, Planning, Project Management or a related field is preferred and at least five years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • This position requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • This position requires strong analytical skills to solve financial issues.
  • This position requires solid, hands-on, budget management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making and reporting.
  • This position requires a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) to a variety of audiences.
  • This position requires experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint and to maintain the skills to use current technology.
  • This position requires a demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and problem solve with little direction.
  • This position requires strong organizational skills including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation.
