Green Heights, Lafayette / 2012 to 2016
Fifty lots have been purchased in Lafayette, Oregon. These are fully developed lots, ready for construction. Nine houses were completed in August, 2012, with four more groups of 9-13 scheduled to complete by summer 2016.
Willoria Estates / 2010 to 2011
Situated in Gervais, OR, these 20 homes are set for completion in June of 2011. These 20 homes are anticipated to serve approximately 40 adults and 20 children! The construction on this project is expected to provide our local businesses and economic partners with nearly $3.6M – while providing valley residents with opportunities for long-term, affordable and stable housing!
Carlton Rolling Hills / 2006 to 2009
Located in Carlton, OR, these 42 homes were completed over a four year period, beginning in 2006 and finishing in 2009. These homes served 64 adults and 55 children – totaling 119 residents! The construction supported the local economy with over $6.3M – all the while, providing residents with long-term, stable housing!
Amity Meadows / 2004 to 2005
Built in Amity, OR, these 22 homes were completed between 2004 and 2005. These homes served 39 adults and 25 children. The construction of these homes brought over $4.4M to the local economy – providing not only stable housing – but wages and jobs for the local economy!
Harmony and Cypress Meadows / 2000 to 2003
Situated in McMinnville, OR, 42 homes were completed over a four year period, beginning in 2000 and finishing in 2003. These homes served 75 adults and 64 children – totaling 139 residents! The construction supported the local economy with over $2.5M – all the while, providing residents with long-term, stable housing!
Sheridan, OR / 1998
These six homes were completed in 1998. This project served 20 individuals – 11 adults and 9 children. The construction of these homes provided a boost to the local economy of more than $525,000!
Westvale and Barclay Heights / 1997 to 1999
Located in McMinnville, OR, these 20 homes were completed in two subdivisions between 1997 and 1999. This project served 36 adults and 39 children. The construction of these homes brought over $1.6M to the local economy – supporting both local businesses and stable housing!
Lafayette, OR / 1996
These 10 homes were completed in 1996. This project served 10 families with 25 children. The construction of these homes brought over $665,000 dollars to the local economy – providing not only stable housing, but wages and jobs for area workers!
