The United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Provides technical assistance grants for our nonprofit to assist low income individuals and families in the construction of their home. Website
Through CASA (Community and Shelter Assistance Corporation) of Oregon, we have been able to offer Individual Development Accounts (IDAs) to some of our qualifying homeowners to assist in the building savings to help with costs on home loans. CASA’s work and the IDA program specifically has allowed some of our program participants to become homeowners! Thank you CASA of Oregon!
We partner with Community Frameworks as a Self-Help Home Ownership Program (SHOP) Affiliate. They serve nonprofit “sweat equity” housing programs like ours in the Northwest through grants from Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
